She is an Accredited ACTA Trainer & Course Developer, OPITO trained & Assessor, a Medical Auditor, and an experienced Registered Nurse & Nurse Manager with over 15 years of Occupational Nursing experience and Basic Safety certification. Additionally, the trainer has expertise in crisis management.
Ms Patricia Joseph is a highly skilled nursing graduate with extensive expertise in Phlebotomy and serving in both Medical/Surgical and Obstetrics & Gynecology (O&G) departments. With more than a decade of dedicated experience, she has honed her proficiency in performing blood draws and handling various medical procedures.
Ms Fatin is our cheerful and friendly operations person with 8 years of extensive experience in administration and operations. She ensures class coordination and efficiently manages various administrative tasks. Her exceptional customer service skills further contribute to the smooth functioning of the institute.
