Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Initial Deposit amount is non-refundable
  • No full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 7 days or less before the course commencement.
  • In the event of a participant’s withdrawal, any provided materials or certificates will not be issued.

Terms of Service

  • By enrolling in healthcare courses offered by KR Institute Pte Ltd, participants agree to adhere to the guidelines, rules, and regulations set forth by the institution.
  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, treating staff and fellow participants with respect.
  • KR Institute Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse service or terminate enrollment if a participant violates any terms of service.

Right to Usage of Multimedia

  • Participants grant KR Institute Pte Ltd the right to use multimedia materials (photographs, videos, etc.) taken during the course for promotional and educational purposes.
  • Reviews and testimonials provided by participants may be used in marketing materials, both online and offline, with due consideration for privacy and confidentiality.

Attendance and Punctuality

  • Participants are expected to attend all scheduled classes punctually. Excessive absenteeism may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
  • KR Institute Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify the course schedule with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including but not limited to curriculum, presentations, and handouts, are the intellectual property of KR Institute Pte Ltd and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.

Code of Conduct

  • Participants are expected to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Any disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of ethical standards may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.

Course Completion and Certification

  • Successful completion of the course, including meeting attendance requirements and passing assessments, is necessary to receive certification.
  • Certificates will be issued within 14 days of course completion.

Privacy Policy

  • Participant information collected during enrollment will be kept confidential and used only for course-related communications, promotions and administration.

Modification of Terms

  • KR Institute Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
